4. SHIPPING

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most orders are expected to be processed and dispatched within approximately 7–15 business days from the order date. For certain batch-arranged items or during peak processing periods, dispatch may take up to 15–20 business days.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country, carrier processing, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by email and uploaded to your order record as soon as it becomes available. Please note that tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
